Phase 1 of this music-centric artist facility will provide musicians with secure and comfortable rehearsal spaces, rooms for teaching lessons, and other amenities tailored to the artists’ needs. Located in Fort Collins, CO, The Music District will aim to help musicians cultivate talents, to support professional development in music-related fields, and to encourage connections mentoring among musicians. The building itself is a combination of new construction and adaptive reuse.
Currently under construction, the facility is slated to be opened early 2016.
